If you're a pretty avid biker and you do like to go camping a lot and you like to bring your bikes too, but you need more access to the back of your 2023 Nissan Rogue, then the RockyMounts AfterParty is gonna be a great option for you because this is gonna be able to swing away and give you more space to really load this up with whatever you have, whether that be a cooler, any other gear, or you just need it opened up for prolonged periods of time. So let's check it out. So we're actually getting a really nice fit on the back of the Rogue. I've test fitted a lot of options, and this space we're getting right now with a mountain bike is more than ideal 'cause we have plenty of space in between a pedal and the back of the Rogue. Even if you're hitting those really bumpy roads, we're definitely not gonna make contact with the back or on a windshield with our handlebars. more

Swagman XTC2 TILT Bike Rack Review - 2023 Nissan Rogue- Video

If you're just starting your bike journey and you're looking for a way to carry your bikes from point A to point B and still be able to open up your hatch on your 2023 Nissan Rogue, then the Swagman XTC Tilt bike rack is gonna be one of the best options for you. And this is really nice because while it isn't more on the entry level side, we're still gonna be able to really operate this pretty well on here. Now it is gonna have some limitations and I wanna point out how it's fitting on our vehicle today. So we have a road bike on here and our handlebars are still pretty close. So if you're on some really bumpy roads, you might make contact. more

Thule Epos Bike Rack Review - 2023 Nissan Rogue- Video

If you're looking for something that's gonna be really easy to store in your house or your garage, because maybe you do go out riding a lot, but maybe where you're driving at you need to do a lot of parallel parking and you need all the space that you can save, then this is gonna be a great option for you, especially if you are carrying a variety of different types of bikes. So let's check out the Thule Epos Bike Rack on the back of our 2023 Nissan Rogue. So this is gonna have a weight capacity of up to 140 pounds for the whole carrier. Now, one of those bikes can weigh 75 pounds, and you just got to play run with those weights. But that's really not gonna affect your tilt away, and really, the tilt away on this is just awesome. more

Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Rack Review - 2023 Nissan Rogue- Video

And today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima OnRamp LX Bike Rack and we're gonna show that on our 2023 Nissan Rogue. Like I was just saying, this is great for those heavy e-bikes. It's actually gonna have a weight capacity of 80 pounds per bike and we're gonna be able to carry two bikes. And that's really not gonna affect our tilt weight too much. more

Swagman Okanagan 125 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Murano- Video
How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Swagman Okanagan 125 bike carrier on our 2021 Nissan Murano. The Okanagan is a wheel-mounted bike carrier, so that means that your bike is secured using a front hook and a rear strap without making any frame contact. So if you have a carbon fiber bike, a step through bike, or just a nice paint job where you didn't want any contact, this is gonna be one of the better options available for you. A cool feature is the fact that you do have a awesome foot pedal release tilt feature that's gonna allow you to tilt your carrier down while you're loaded and access your cargo area. So it is a really good tilt and it gives you plenty of space to get to the back of your Murano. You just definitely wanna make sure that you are cautious because that weight, once that latch is released, it's just gonna come right down and then just to lift 'er back up, it just clicks right back into place. more

Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Murano- Video
How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Thule T2 XTR Bike Carrier on our 2021 Nissan Murano. The T2 XTR is a wheel-mounted bike carrier, so what that's gonna do for you, it's gonna secure your bike to the back of your vehicle by making contact with your front and rear wheel. It doesn't have any contact with your top tube. So if you have a unconventional frame or a carbon fiber frame bike, this is gonna be a great option to secure your bike without making any contact. On the back of our vehicle, it doesn't take up very much space and it gives you a lot of flexibility. Using the handle here, (mechanism clicking) we're able to tilt our carrier and access our cargo area pretty easily. more

The XTC2 TILT is a bike carrier that's frame mounted, so it's going to make contact with the top tube of your bike. If you have a carbon fiber bike or unconventional frame, it may not be the best option for you. A wheel mounted carrier may be better, but if you're not overly concerned with that contact to your frame, this is gonna be one of the better ways to transport your bike, as far as being cost effective. Now this is gonna be a great option for you if you're looking for an entry level bike rack so you can take out your family with you when you go on your bike rides. The first thing I wanna point out on how our bike is sitting back here, as you can see, we're making contact with our back window and it's gonna be due to a few reasons. Since we do have a small frame bike, our handlebars are gonna sit lower and more likely to make contact with that window. So it's got a lot of different uses. It's gonna hold onto our bike primarily with these frame hooks here, as well as two straps, one on the front and one on the back wheel. The Ridgeback is a four-bike carrier, also available in a five. As far as the four-bike configuration, that's gonna rate 40 pounds per bike. As far as the type of person this bike carrier would work for, it's gonna be someone that's not particularly worried about contact with the frame, 'cause that's how it's suspended. As far as on the rear of the vehicle, you can see that it's gonna obstruct basically everything as far as your tail lights, license plate, backup camera, and a portion of your back window. So, something to keep in mind. more

Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Murano- Video
How you doing This is Ed here at etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Carrier on the 2021 Nissan Murano. Now the Destination is a solid bike carrier for your E-bikes, that weigh up to 70 pounds each. As far as your contacts, you have on the rear wheel, a single strap, the front wheel, you have two straps, and a center mast clamp that makes contact with the frame. If you have a carbon fiber bike or something with a special paint job, you definitely don't wanna go with something that's gonna make this kind of contact, however, we do offer cradle mount options. So as far as clearance on the rear of the vehicle in the upright position, the bike carrier will affect your backup sensors as well as your backup camera and license plate. It looks like the tires also will be obscured, you know, well, no, it looks pretty good as far as clearing the back of your tail lights, but depending on your bike, you may still have interference as far as seeing from your handlebar, so that will vary from your style bike. more

How's it going This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the Swagman XC2 Two Bike Carrier on the 21 Nissan Murano. Now, this guy is constructed of powder coated field, and also has a padded hook. On the bottom you're gonna have adjustable wheel loops, so it's gonna accommodate different wheel bases. Now, with this guy being rated at 35 pounds per bike, it wouldn't be the best option if you have a heavier bike like an e-bike. But if you have a road bike or mountain bike, that would be great for it. Also to consider is, if you have a carbon fiber bike or something with a nice paint job, the way that the bike is secured is making contact with the frame. more

Alright, one of the really cool features about this guy is the tilting feature. Down here you're gonna have a blue handle that's gonna allow you to lower the MonoRail down so you can access your hatch. more

Let's take a closer look at it now. As for how it's gonna mount, we're gonna have this pretty heavy duty clamp and that's gonna have the ability to adjust, so you're gonna be able to fit a lot of alternative frame bikes on here. We're gonna have two additional mounting points, one in each tire, but since we are making frame contact, I wouldn't recommend using any carbon frame bikes. Now the top of our wheels won't be obstructed though, so you'll be able to haul a lot of fender bikes. more

This guy has a solid, black powder-coat finish design, so it's gonna give you solid, rust-resistance. Also, the weight capacity for this guy is up to 60 pounds per e-bike. The OnRamp is also RV-rated, but it does drop your capacity down to 40 pounds per bike. So this is also up, makes contact with the frame of your bike. more

How's it going guys This is Ed here and we're taking a look at our Swagman E-spec electric two bike carrier on the back of our 21 Nissan Murano. Alright, and the E-spec is constructed of black powder coated steel can support your e-bike up to 60 pounds per bike, right And your bike is actually gonna attach to the E-spec at three points of contact. You have a padded hook at the top of your frame as well as two padded cradle and straps for your front and rear tire. Because this is gonna make contact with the frame of your bike. I wouldn't recommend this to you if you have a carbon bike or anything with a fancier paint job where you didn't want any contact to the frame. Alright, and this guy's super easy to take off. more

Alright, so right now we're gonna take a look at the Destination's construction. It's made from black powder coated steel. A bike carrier like this is gonna work great if you have like a more common type of bike frame, if you have something that's carbon fiber or you have a nicer paint job, you may wanna avoid this 'cause it will make contact with the bike's frame. So the Destination is rated for 35 pounds per bike. As far as the system is of removing the bike, it's pretty easy. more

Hey, everybody, Cooper here from etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Hollywood Rack Sport Rider SE on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. What we have here is going to be a platform-style bike rack able to accommodate up to two bikes at an impressive 80 pounds each for their weight rating, which means that our heavier e-bikes are going to be an option for this. Now unfortunately, one of our main points of contact is going to be from the center mass, and it's going to be making that frame contact, which means that our carbon frame bikes unfortunately are not going to be an option for this rack. However, since our hook does have the ability to move up and down this rack pretty freely, that means that we're going to be able to accommodate most alternative frame bikes. Now, this rack does come with a tilt-away feature. more

Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hi everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt Premium four-bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. This is gonna be a hanging style bike rack that holds the bike by the frame hanging down below the arms. There's three main points of contact to make this work all in the form of these stretchy rubber straps that hold the bike frame down into the cradles, with that third one being around the side here, limiting our side to side movement and helping with bike to bike contact. One thing I'll point out right away with the Nissan Rogue is that the whole rack sits very close to the vehicle. And that also means that this inner bike sits close to the vehicle. more

Malone RunWay 2-Bike Platform Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue- Video
Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we have the Malone Runway 2-Bike Platform Rack, and we'll take a look at how it fits our 2021 Nissan Rogue. So the owner of this vehicle actually got this bike rack, because they're looking for something that is lightweight where they can easily lift it up and into their hitch receiver, but also, is affordable, so that's definitely where this sits. Now, you do have some pros and cons with this type of bike rack, like it does take a little bit more work to its features like tilt it away and fold it up, and we're gonna focus on that, focusing on the Nissan Rogue. There are two length settings for this bike rack, we have it at the furthest out setting, and even then, we still have a little bit of a close call when it comes to mountain bikes. So if you have long handlebars, this is something you have to be mindful of as the bike rack shifts around. If you need to tilt the bike rack away with the bike on, this does tilt away. more

Yakima OnRamp E-Bike Platform Rack with Ramp Review - 2022 Nissan Frontier- Video
Hey, it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima OnRamp hitch bike rack and how it fits on a 2022 Nissan Frontier. The OnRamp is gonna be a two bike platform style bike rack capable of supporting two bikes up to 66 pounds if you use it on road but it's also rated for your travel trailer, fifth wheel, motor homes and flat towed vehicles. So it does have an off-road rating but that's gonna drop it down to about 40 pounds. So if you wanna use it for that purpose, keep that in mind. It's a really solid bike rack though with a lot of nice features. more

Hey Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Hollywood Rack's Destination Two Bike Hitch Rack and how it fits on our 2022 Nissan Frontier. It's gonna be a platform style bike rack capable of supporting your bikes up to 35 pounds a piece. It's gonna hold onto them primarily with these frame clamps here, as well as the strap on the back and the front tire. So it does make frame contact. This is going to be the two bike with the two bike add-on so a four bike platform rack total with the ability to hold onto two 60 pound bikes in the back and two 30 pound bikes in the front. The destination four is a popular bike rack because it keeps it affordable, compact, and stable. So if you wanna carry around multiple bikes but you want the stability of a platform rack this is a great way to do it. There are some downsides to it too, though. Like the types of bikes this can carry it has a pretty average wake pass not ebike rated and it cannot tilt the weight. more

Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport- Video
Hey, it's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Curt Premium hitch bike rack and how it fits on our 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. The Curt Premium is a hanging style bike rack that's going to hold onto our bikes by the top tube as well as an anti-sway cradle on the other side. It's gonna be able to support up to 180 pounds total, but because it does make contact with the frame on the top, if you want to use this with your carbon frame bikes, we'd recommend it against it. It does have a nice taper towards the end to accommodate kid's bikes, if you're going to be taking those out to the trail. But if you have an alternative style bike, you might need to pick up a bike adapter bar to make it work. more
